If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days within which to return the item/items back to ZETSKE for an exchange or a gift voucher. Unfortunately customized items may not be returned. Sale items and accessories may not be returned or exchanged. For exchanges, all items need to be in original condition, unworn, with the swing tag and all labels attached and undamaged.
We regret that any costs associated with returns are at the buyer’s expense and will not be covered by ZETSKE. You may drop the items at a specified address (which will be communicated via email), or use a courier company of your choice. If you would like the exchanged item DELIVERED to your door, we can do so at a flat rate of R40. Please email us for the drop off address should you wish to exchange an item.
ZETSKE cannot accept responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
